As the Owner and Head Pastry Chef at Pretty Sweet Pastry Boutique, Jen is proud to offer some of the most creative and delicious pastries in the city. Using only the finest ingredients, free of any preservatives, Pretty Sweet provides hand-crafted, custom desserts that look so good you (almost) won't want to eat them!
Our goal is to help make every day a little bit more special, and make the special days unforgettable!
After completing her Art History degree, Jen pursued her passion for baking in the Baking and Pastry Arts Management program at George Brown College, and then studied under M.O.F. Stephane Glacier at Jacquy Pfeiffer's Chicago Pastry School where she specialized in her now-famous french macarons. She has also served as a Baking & Pastry Arts instructor at Georgian College, and a Culinary Arts judge at the Skills Ontario Competition 2019.
