What are some of your best sellers?
Our Cookie Grams are our most popular product because of their extra large size + customization options. Not to mention, they’re delicious! So good, you’ll be looking for an excuse to order one!
Our Black + White Cookies are perfect for any event, and go great with coffee, tea, or on their own. Our new designs elevate these NYC staples to the next level of deliciousness!
Our Gourmet Cereal Treats (specifically the S’mores Golden Graham + Rice Krispie Mars Bar flavours) are often spotted on sweet tables, perfect for dessert, long weekend getaways, or simply as a treat on the go.
If I receive my cookies the day before my event, will they still be fresh?
Yes! All of our products have a fairly long shelf life, and if you receive them a few days before your event, they will still taste fresh.
When should I place my order? What’s the latest I can place my order?
Due to the customizable nature of the products, the more notice you can give, the better. For regular orders, an absolute minimum of 72 hours notice is required (with orders placed after 3pm counting as the following day). Please note that larger orders require additional notice. Designer and portrait sugar cookies require additional time, please see specific time requirements on their individual pages.
How do I care for my products?
Caring for our products is fairly easy. The Designer Sugar Cookies, Cookie Grams + Classic Cookies are best kept on a counter or table, in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and humidity. Do not leave in your car for extended periods of time.
If you have leftovers, all of our products freeze wonderfully, and are best stored in an airtight container, for up to 3 months. Be sure to bring everything to room temperature before they are enjoyed.
What’s your most popular cookie gram flavour?
All of our flavours taste great, but you can’t go wrong with classic chocolate chip, which is our most popular flavour, followed closely by chocolate chip-Skor and chocolate chip-funfetti.
Can I order less than a dozen?
The Cookie Grams are ordered individually, our gourmet cereal treats are 8 pieces an order, but the minimum order for the rest of our products are by the dozen. But don’t worry, they taste so good, we promise you’ll want at least that many.
Do you offer cakes?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer cakes. If you’re looking for something that feeds a group, try our Cookie Grams (that some people refer to as a Cookie Cake!). They are even soft enough to put candles into!
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We’re often running contests + doing giveaways on our social media channels. Be sure to follow us, and don’t forget to tag us in your Cookie posts!
How do I place an order?
Please complete the form for the product you wish to purchase and then click the shopping cart to proceed to checkout. Or send us an email at prettysweet@bell.net if you would like to inquire about our custom Cookie Favors, Sweet Tables or Corporate options.
Are you Nut Free?
Although we do not have a certified nut-free kitchen, some of our products, like our Designer Sugar Cookies, Cookie Grams, + Classic Cookies do not contain any nuts; and are not made in the presence of any nuts. If there is a severe allergy, we do not advise ordering, as we cannot guarantee no inadvertent cross contamination. Please note that Skor Toffee Bits list chopped almonds as an ingredient in their product.
Do you have any Gluten Free options?
We currently have two cookie gram gluten free friendly options at an additional cost, which you can find in our “Flavour” drop down menu. Please note we do NOT have a certified gluten free kitchen. They are made with clean equipment, and not in the presence of gluten or other products that contain gluten. If there is a severe allergy, we do not advise ordering, as we cannot guarantee no inadvertent cross contamination.
Do you have any Vegan Friendly Options?
No, unfortunately we do not offer any vegan options, as eggs and dairy are an integral ingredient in all of our products.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer a delivery option for Toronto and parts of the GTA. Our delivery fee starts at $23, depending on location.
Do you offer a pick up option? Where is it?
Yes! We have a pick up location in Thornhill (about ten minutes north of Finch station), easily accessible within the GTA (exact address is accessible upon confirmation email). Please let us know the time of day that works best for you upon filling out the order form. Please note that pick up times can not be changed once the order is confirmed.
Do you offer pick up and delivery seven days a week?
Almost but not quite. We are proud to offer pick up and delivery five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday, but we are closed on Sundays and Mondays to prepare for the week ahead (and maybe even sneak in a nap!), so for any events you’re having on Sunday or Monday, we recommend getting them the day before (and yes it will still be fresh the next day!)
I know this is last minute but…
Due to the custom nature of all our products, we really do require an ABSOLUTE MINIMUM of 72 hours notice (or more depending on the product) from when your order is placed, we’re not just saying that. It’s nothing personal, we promise. If your order doesn’t fit into the timelines outlined, it will be cancelled, no exceptions.

Can you send me a photo of my product?
We do not provide photos of our products for a variety of reasons, including: colours show up differently on various screens, customers may take this as an opportunity to request changes (but it’s too late for that!), we may not have had time to take a good photo, etc.
