*Are you a nut-free bakery?
No, unfortunately we are not a certified nut-free facility, but we do offer nut-free options. If there is a severe allergy, we do not advise ordering, as we cannot guarantee on inadvertent cross contamination.
*How long in advance do I need to order?
Our general policy is minimum 1 week’s notice, however we will accept orders needed in a shorter timeframe if we are not booked. Please note that a rush fee may apply.
*What is the shelf life of each of your products?
We use only the best ingredients, and our products do not contain any preservatives. The shelf life varies between products, and most can be stored in the freezer. If you are freezing anything, remove it at least 20 minutes prior to consumption and enjoy at room temperature. If you have any questions about the specific shelf life of a product, please inquire.
*Do I need to refrigerate my product?
Any product containing dairy should be refrigerated if possible. Otherwise, keep in a cool dry place, and keep out of direct sunlight.
*What method of payment do you accept?
Cash or email transfer are preferred methods. Cheque (please make it out to Pretty Sweet) and credit card methods are accepted for payments over $25.00.
*Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver all across the GTA. Please note a delivery fee applies based on location.
*Do you offer any gluten free products?
Yes! Although we are not a certified gluten free shop, some of our products are in fact gluten free, including our French macarons, some cupcakes, our White Chocolate Turtle flavoured cheesecake, and some cookies. Check out our Classic Creations menu for more information.
